Print Your Party

The process

How a party gets made.

No deposit to get a price. No printing before you have seen a picture of the actual piece. Here is exactly what happens between your first message and the box arriving.

  1. 01

    Tell us the party

Send the name, the age, the theme, and the date. A photo of the invitation is honestly the fastest brief you can give us — it carries the colors and the typeface in one shot.

    same day reply
  2. 02

    We quote and sketch

You get a fixed price and a rendered preview of the actual piece, at the actual proportions. Nothing goes on the printer until you say yes to the picture.

    24–48 hours
  3. 03

    It prints, layer by layer

Approved designs go straight to the bed. Larger pieces print overnight in sections and get bonded, sanded, and finished by hand the next morning.

    3–10 days
  4. 04

    Boxed and on its way

Everything ships padded and pre-assembled where it can, with a printed setup card. Local orders can be collected, and we hold a rush lane for short-notice parties.

What to send us

A good brief takes about ninety seconds.

You do not need any of this perfectly. Send what you have and we will ask about the rest.

  • 01The guest of honor's name, spelled exactly as you want it printed
  • 02The age or milestone, if a number is involved
  • 03Your party date and the address it ships to
  • 04The theme in a sentence — 'pastel dinosaurs', 'black and gold disco'
  • 05A photo of the invitation, or hex codes if you have them
  • 06Roughly what you want to spend, so we can shape the set around it

In the studio

The half of the job that happens after the printer stops.

01

Sectioned and bonded

Anything taller than the bed prints in pieces and gets bonded along hidden seams. Done right, you cannot find the join.

02

Sanded and sealed

Layer lines are part of the character on flat faces, and sanded out where a piece should read smooth. Cake contact surfaces get a food-safe seal.

03

Assembled and test-fit

Stands, sockets, and inserts are fitted in the studio, not left as a puzzle for you. Anything that ships flat comes with a printed setup card.

Start with the invitation. We will take it from there.
