Print Your Party

Before you order

Questions, answered.

If yours is not here, just ask — we would rather talk it through than have you guess.

How far ahead do I need to order?

Two to three weeks is comfortable for a full set, and gives room for a revision if you change your mind on a color. Single pieces like a cake topper can turn around in three to five days. If your party is sooner than that, ask anyway — we keep a rush lane open and will tell you honestly whether it fits.

Can you match the colors from my invitation?

Usually, yes. Send the invitation image or the hex codes and we will pull the closest filament we stock, then show you the match in the preview before printing. Filament is a physical material, so think very close rather than pixel-exact — and matte finishes read truer than glossy ones.

What does it cost?

Size and print time drive it more than anything else — a cake topper and a floor-standing number are very different jobs, and a coordinated set works out cheaper per piece than the same pieces ordered one at a time. Rather than publish a price list that would be wrong for half of you, we quote each brief individually. Send what you are after and you will have a fixed price back within 24 to 48 hours, before you have committed to anything.

Are the cake toppers actually food safe?

The contact surfaces are sealed with a food-safe coating and every topper ships with a removable stem, so nothing raw-printed touches the cake. We still recommend treating them as decorative — lift the topper off before slicing rather than cutting around it.

Do you ship, or is this local only?

We ship nationwide. Pieces travel padded and pre-assembled wherever the box allows; anything oversized arrives in sections with a printed setup card and a two-minute assembly. Local orders around Chicago can be collected at no charge.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?

We reprint it. If a piece arrives broken, send a photo within 48 hours and a replacement goes on the bed the same day. If we got a detail wrong against the approved preview, that is on us and the reprint is free.

Do you work with event planners?

Regularly, and we like it. Planners get trade pricing, repeatable house pieces you can re-order by name, and a single point of contact who will tell you a date is tight instead of finding out later. Mention it in the brief and we will set you up.

Still unsure

Send the question with your party date and we will answer both.
